Language Woes

After being in Slovenia and straining my brain to the limit trying to understand the language I am dismayed to discover that after such a short time away from the French I’ve come back and I can’t understand a bloody word again. I can’t believe it!

And what’s worse is that I’m not particularly interested in trying anymore. It’s all too hard. And I couldn’t be bothered. What a terrible attitude!

Maybe it's because we’re leaving France soon to go on a Mediterranean cruise and after that we’ll be going to Eastern Europe for a look and then back through northern France over to the UK. There doesn’t seem much point struggling with French anymore.
