We’ve been on the road travelling for 4 days. I think another 3 days will see us at our rental house at Carlipa, maybe by Friday at the latest. We’re meant to apply for our carte de sejour within 8 days of arrival in France as part of our long stay visa conditions. In all honesty, the kids aren’t especially thrilled by the whole experience so far. The kids are starting school in the village of Carlipa on 2 September so we want to be at our house and organised by then.
